Dr. Jonathan Kristan, MD, FAAO, has an extensive and distinguished educational background. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Rutgers, New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Prior to that, he undertook an internship in Internal Medicine at NYU Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Dr. Kristan earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY. He also holds a Post-baccalaureate Premedical Certification and a Bachelor of Arts degree, both from Columbia University in New York, NY.
Dr. Jonathan Kristan is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with several honors and affiliations. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch Campus, and Hackensack Meridian Health, Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank Campus.
